#### 29 Exoneration from personal liability 29 Exoneration from personal liability > A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by an inspector acting under the direction of an approved company does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purpose of executing this or any other Act, subject the inspector personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
