30 Recovery of penalties
(1) Any penalty imposed by or under this Act or the regulations may be recovered in a summary manner before the Local Court.
(2) Any Judge of the Local Court may in any proceedings for a penalty under this Act or the regulations make such order as to the payment of costs as may be thought just, and may assess the amount of such costs.
