#### 19G Application of certain provisions of this Act to subsidies 19G Application of certain provisions of this Act to subsidies > > (1) Sections 20, 22 and 29 apply with appropriate modifications to and in respect of subsidies under this Part. > > > (2) The Corporate Trustee may cancel a subsidy payable to a mine worker if it is satisfied that the payment of the subsidy was improperly obtained or that the award of the subsidy was contrary to this Act. > > > (3) The provisions of the AUSCOAL Rules providing for the making of an application for a pension under those Rules apply to an application for a subsidy in the same way as they apply to an application for such a pension. > > **s 19G:** Ins 1947 No 39, sec 2 (1) (a).
