#### 19AB Returns to be provided by owners 19AB Returns to be provided by owners > > (1) Not later than 31 July in each year, each owner must provide the Corporate Trustee with a return that is in a form approved by the Corporate Trustee and sets out the payments made by the owner to the Corporate Trustee under section 19 in respect of the year ending on the last preceding 30 June. > > > > Maximum penalty—5 penalty units. > > > (2) The return is to include the following information— > > > > > (a) the names, in alphabetical order, of the mine workers in relation to whom an amount has been paid to the Corporate Trustee in the year to which the return relates, and > > > > > (b) the date of birth of each of those mine workers, and > > > > > (c) the total amount that has been paid by the owner to the Corporate Trustee in relation to each of those mine workers during the year to which the return relates. > > **s 19AB:** Ins 1992 No 81, Sch 2 (10).
