#### 19AA Records and notices relating to employment of mine worker 19AA Records and notices relating to employment of mine worker > > (1) An owner must keep, in a form approved by the Corporate Trustee and in relation to each mine worker employed by the owner, a record of— > > > > > (a) the date of birth of the mine worker, and > > > > > (b) the date on which the mine worker became employed by the owner, and > > > > > (c) the date on which the mine worker ceased to be employed by the mine owner. > > > (2) As soon as practicable after a mine worker ceases to be employed by an owner, the owner must give a written notice that complies with subsection (3) to the Corporate Trustee. > > > > Maximum penalty—5 penalty units. > > > (3) The notice is to contain the following particulars— > > > > > (a) the name of the mine worker, and > > > > > (b) the date on which the mine worker ceased to be employed by the owner, and > > > > > (c) the reason for the cessation of employment of the mine worker. > > **s 19AA:** Ins 1992 No 81, Sch 2 (10).
