#### 18A Payments into Amalgamated Fund 18A Payments into Amalgamated Fund > There is payable into the Amalgamated Fund— > > > (a) all contributions required to be paid by employers under this Act, and > > > (b) all contributions required to be paid under AUSCOAL Trust Deed, and > > > (c) money paid to the Amalgamated Fund by the Approved Company for crediting to the pension account, and > > > (d) money borrowed for the purposes of the Amalgamated Fund, and > > > (e) income derived from the investment of money belonging to the Amalgamated Fund, and > > > (f) other money received by or on account of the Amalgamated Fund. > > **s 18A:** Ins 1992 No 81, Sch 1 (3).
