5 Application for transfer—CNL, s 403(b)
A co-operative may apply to be registered, incorporated or otherwise established as a corporation under—
(a) the Associations Incorporation Act 2009, or
(b) the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 of the Commonwealth, or
(c) legislation of any jurisdiction that provides for the incorporation of a building society, credit union or friendly society.
