599 Register of co-operatives (1) The Registrar is to maintain a register of co-operatives.

Co-operatives (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2015 354 (2) The register is to record: (a) information or documents prescribed by the National Regulations relating to: (i) co-operatives; and (ii) undertakings; and (b) information or documents relating to anything else: (i) that is required by this Law or the National Regulations to be recorded in the register; or (ii) that the Registrar considers should be recorded in the register for the purposes of this Law.
