463 Application of Law and National Regulations to participating (1) A participating co-operative that is authorised to carry on business in this jurisdiction under this Chapter must comply with such provisions of this Law and the National Regulations as are prescribed by the National Regulations (including any modifications prescribed by the National Regulations). (2) The provisions referred to in subsection (1) are in addition to the provisions of this Chapter, and any other provisions of this Law or the National Regulations, that are expressed to apply to participating co-operatives.
