419 Application of Corporations Act to person appointed to administer compromise or arrangement The provisions of sections 425, 427(1A) and (2), 428, 432 and 434 of the Corporations Act as applying under this Law apply to a person appointed to administer a compromise or arrangement in relation to a co-operative, as if: (a) the appointment were an appointment of the person as a receiver and manager of property of the co-operative; and (b) a reference in those sections to a receiver were a reference to the person.
