368 Co-operative to keep register (1) A co-operative must keep a register of notifiable interests. (2) The co-operative must enter in the register the names of persons from whom the co-operative has received a notice under this Division together with the information contained in the notice. (3) The register must be open for inspection by a member of the co-operative free of charge.
