116 Notification of shareholders and shareholdings On the request of the board of a co-operative, a corporation that is a member of the co-operative must provide the board of the co-operative with: (a) a list of the names of all the shareholders of the corporation and the number of shares held by each shareholder; or (b) in the case of a corporation without share capital – a list of the members of the corporation; within 7 days of the request.
