sch.7-sec.37 Voting on a show of hands (CNL ss234 & 256)
On a show of hands at a general meeting, each member: present; or represented by a non-member acting under a power of attorney; or represented by a non-member appointed under the provisions of the Law; or represented by a proxy (but only if proxies are allowed under these rules); may exercise only one vote.
- (a) present; or
