sch.7-sec.30 Annual general meeting (CNL s252)
An annual general meeting must be held each year, at a place and on a date and a time decided by the board, within 5 months after the close of the financial year of the co-operative or within the further time allowed by the Registrar. A co-operative may specify particular matters to suit the convenience of members such as time and place, if members are located in a wide geographical area.
