sch.6-sec.15 Liability of members to co-operatives (CNL ss117(2) & 121)
A member is liable to the co-operative for the amount, if any, unpaid by the member in respect of entry fees and regular subscriptions, together with any charges, payable by the member to the co-operative under these rules. Joint members are jointly and severally liable for any amount unpaid in respect of items mentioned in subrule (1) . (sch.6-sec.15-ssec.1) A member is liable to the co-operative for the amount, if any, unpaid by the member in respect of entry fees and regular subscriptions, together with any charges, payable by the member to the co-operative under these rules. (sch.6-sec.15-ssec.2) Joint members are jointly and severally liable for any amount unpaid in respect of items mentioned in subrule (1) .
