sch.5-sec.29 Transfer and transmission of CCUs
Subject to subrule (2) , the transfer and transmission of a CCU is to follow the same process as for a debenture under rule 27 . If the terms of issue of a CCU differ from rule 27 in respect of the manner of transfer or transmission, the terms of its issue prevail. (sch.5-sec.29-ssec.1) Subject to subrule (2) , the transfer and transmission of a CCU is to follow the same process as for a debenture under rule 27 .
