sec.598 Delegation by Registrar
The Registrar may delegate to any person or body any of the Registrar’s functions under this Law. A delegate may sub-delegate to another person or body any function delegated under this section if the delegate is authorised by the terms of the delegation to do so. (sec.598-ssec.1) The Registrar may delegate to any person or body any of the Registrar’s functions under this Law.
