sec.587 Certificate of registration
A certificate of registration of a co-operative issued under this Law is evidence that the co-operative is incorporated under this Law and that all the requirements of this Law for registration have been complied with. This section does not affect a provision of this Law for the winding up or deregistration of the co-operative or the cancellation of its registration. (sec.587-ssec.1) A certificate of registration of a co-operative issued under this Law is evidence that the co-operative is incorporated under this Law and that all the requirements of this Law for registration have been complied with. (sec.587-ssec.2) This section does not affect a provision of this Law for the winding up or deregistration of the co-operative or the cancellation of its registration.
