sec.560 Civil evidence and procedure rules for declarations of contravention and civil penalty orders (cf Corporations Act s 1317L )
The Supreme Court must apply the rules of evidence and procedure for civil matters when hearing proceedings for— a declaration of contravention; or a pecuniary penalty order.
- (a) a declaration of contravention; or
- (b) a pecuniary penalty order.
