sec.496 Powers of inspector
An inspector is subject to the directions of the Registrar. The powers of an inspector may be limited— under a local regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by written notice given by the Registrar to the inspector. (sec.496-ssec.1) An inspector is subject to the directions of the Registrar. (sec.496-ssec.2) The powers of an inspector may be limited— under a local regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by written notice given by the Registrar to the inspector.
