sec.492 Appointment of inspectors
The designated authority may appoint a person as an inspector under this Law if— the designated authority considers the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an inspector; or the person has satisfactorily finished training approved by the designated authority.
- (a) the designated authority considers the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an inspector; or
- (b) the person has satisfactorily finished training approved by the designated authority.
