sec.411 How this Division applies to a transfer of engagements
This Division applies to a transfer of engagements of a co-operative to another co-operative under Division 1 . In the application of this Division to the transfer of engagements— new body means the co-operative to which the engagements are transferred. original body means the co-operative that transfers its engagements. relevant day means the day on which the transfer of engagements takes effect. (sec.411-ssec.1) This Division applies to a transfer of engagements of a co-operative to another co-operative under Division 1 . (sec.411-ssec.2) In the application of this Division to the transfer of engagements— new body means the co-operative to which the engagements are transferred. original body means the co-operative that transfers its engagements. relevant day means the day on which the transfer of engagements takes effect.
