sec.368 Co-operative to keep register
A co-operative must keep a register of notifiable interests. The co-operative must enter in the register the names of persons from whom the co-operative has received a notice under this Division together with the information contained in the notice. The register must be open for inspection by a member of the co-operative free of charge. (sec.368-ssec.1) A co-operative must keep a register of notifiable interests.
