sec.326 Amendment, suspension or revocation of exemption
The Registrar may amend, suspend or revoke an exemption granted under this Division. The power to amend, suspend or revoke an exemption granted under this Division is exercisable in the same way, and subject to the same conditions, as the power to grant the exemption. (sec.326-ssec.1) The Registrar may amend, suspend or revoke an exemption granted under this Division. (sec.326-ssec.2) The power to amend, suspend or revoke an exemption granted under this Division is exercisable in the same way, and subject to the same conditions, as the power to grant the exemption.
