sec.311 Effect of winding up on office of auditor (cf Corporations Act s 330 )
An auditor of a co-operative ceases to hold office if— a special resolution is passed for the voluntary winding up of the co-operative; or in a case to which paragraph (a) does not apply—an order is made by the Supreme Court for the winding up of the co-operative.
