sec.28 Incorporation and certificate of registration
A co-operative becomes a corporation on being registered. On the registration of the co-operative, the Registrar must issue a certificate of registration. (sec.28-ssec.1) A co-operative becomes a corporation on being registered. (sec.28-ssec.2) On the registration of the co-operative, the Registrar must issue a certificate of registration.
