sec.258 Minutes
Minutes of each general meeting, board meeting and committee meeting must be entered in the appropriate books within 28 days after the meeting. A co-operative must ensure that minutes of a meeting are signed within a reasonable time after the meeting by one of the following— the chairperson of the meeting; the chairperson of the next meeting. Minutes must be kept in the English language. Section 214 makes provision regarding the availability of minutes for inspection. (sec.258-ssec.1) Minutes of each general meeting, board meeting and committee meeting must be entered in the appropriate books within 28 days after the meeting. (sec.258-ssec.2) A co-operative must ensure that minutes of a meeting are signed within a reasonable time after the meeting by one of the following— the chairperson of the meeting; the chairperson of the next meeting.
