sec.234 Rights of representatives to vote
A person appointed under this Law to represent a member of a co-operative or co-operative group— is entitled to receive notice of all meetings in the same way as the member represented; and is entitled to exercise the same rights to vote as the member represented.
- (a) is entitled to receive notice of all meetings in the same way as the member represented; and
