sec.21 Formation meeting
Before a proposed co-operative (other than an existing corporation) can be registered, a formation meeting must be held under this Division. Before a formation meeting can be held for a proposed co-operative, a draft of the proposed rules and a draft of the proposed formation disclosure statement must be approved by the Registrar in accordance with Division 3 . (sec.21-ssec.1) Before a proposed co-operative (other than an existing corporation) can be registered, a formation meeting must be held under this Division. (sec.21-ssec.2) Before a formation meeting can be held for a proposed co-operative, a draft of the proposed rules and a draft of the proposed formation disclosure statement must be approved by the Registrar in accordance with Division 3 .
