sec.17 Types of co-operatives
A body may be registered under this Law as a co-operative. A co-operative may be either— a distributing co-operative; or a non-distributing co-operative. (sec.17-ssec.1) A body may be registered under this Law as a co-operative. (sec.17-ssec.2) A co-operative may be either— a distributing co-operative; or a non-distributing co-operative.
- (a) a distributing co-operative; or
- (b) a non-distributing co-operative.
