sch.2-sec.22 Related corporations
For the purposes of this Law, a corporation is taken to be related to— another corporation that is its subsidiary; and another corporation of which it is a subsidiary; and another corporation if both it and that other corporation are subsidiaries of the same corporation.
- (a) another corporation that is its subsidiary; and
- (b) another corporation of which it is a subsidiary; and
- (c) another corporation if both it and that other corporation are subsidiaries of the same corporation.
