sch.2-sec.17 Effect of Part
In this Law (unless otherwise provided), associate has a meaning determined under this Part. A person is not an associate of another person except as provided by this Part. (sch.2-sec.17-ssec.1) In this Law (unless otherwise provided), associate has a meaning determined under this Part.
