560 Civil evidence and procedure rules for declarations of contravention (cf Corporations Act s 1317L)

The Supreme Court must apply the rules of evidence and procedure for civil matters when hearing proceedings for:

(a) a declaration of contravention; or

(b) a pecuniary penalty order.
