sec.51 Existing applications to QCAT
This section applies if— before the commencement, a cooperative had made an application to QCAT under section 110 of the repealed Act; and immediately before the commencement, QCAT had not finished dealing with the application. QCAT must continue to hear the application under the repealed Act after the commencement as if that Act had not been repealed. A decision made by QCAT in relation to the application is taken to be a decision made under the Law. (sec.51-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a cooperative had made an application to QCAT under section 110 of the repealed Act; and immediately before the commencement, QCAT had not finished dealing with the application. (sec.51-ssec.2) QCAT must continue to hear the application under the repealed Act after the commencement as if that Act had not been repealed. (sec.51-ssec.3) A decision made by QCAT in relation to the application is taken to be a decision made under the Law.
- (a) before the commencement, a cooperative had made an application to QCAT under section 110 of the repealed Act; and
