sec.29 Definitions for part
In this part— cooperative means a cooperative under the repealed Act. corresponding Law provision , for a provision of the repealed Act, means a provision of the Law that is equivalent to, or substantially the same as, the provision of the repealed Act. the Law means the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland). repealed Act means the repealed Cooperatives Act 1997.
