sec.21 Pecuniary penalty orders
For the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland) , section 556 (2) , a pecuniary penalty that a person is ordered to pay in this jurisdiction under section 556 (1) of that Law— is a debt payable by the person to the State of Queensland; and may be recovered from the person by the State as a debt payable to the State of Queensland.
- (a) is a debt payable by the person to the State of Queensland; and
- (b) may be recovered from the person by the State as a debt payable to the State of Queensland.
