sec.16 Application of various provisions of Corporations Act —offences by officers of co-operatives
For the following provisions of the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland) , 1 July 2001 is specified— section 201 (b) ; section 444 (3) (k) ; section 451 (1) (f) .
- (a) section 201 (b) ;
