#### 96 Liabilities of person registered as trustee or administrator 96 Liabilities of person registered as trustee or administrator > > (1) A person registered under section 93, 94 or 95 is, while so registered, subject to the same liabilities in relation to the share as the liabilities to which the person would have been subject if the share had remained, or had been, registered in the name of the dead person, the incapable person or the bankrupt. > > > (2) The person registered is subject to no other liabilities in relation to the share.
