#### 93 Registration as trustee, executor or administrator on death of owner of shares 93 Registration as trustee, executor or administrator on death of owner of shares > > (1) A trustee, executor or administrator of the estate of a dead person who was the registered holder of a share in a co-operative may be registered as the holder of the share as trustee, executor or administrator of the estate. > > > (2) A trustee, executor or administrator of the estate of a dead person who was entitled in equity to a share in a co-operative may, with the consent of the co-operative and of the registered holder of the share, be registered as the holder of the share as trustee, executor or administrator of the estate.
