#### 71 Exemptions from disclosure statements 71 Exemptions from disclosure statements > > (1) The Registrar may, by designated instrument, exempt a co-operative or class of co-operatives from any or all of the provisions of this Division. > > > (2) An exemption under subsection (1) may be given only if the Registrar is satisfied that compliance with the requirement would be inappropriate in the circumstances or would impose an unreasonable burden. > > > (3) An exemption may be given unconditionally or subject to conditions.
