#### 599 Register of co-operatives 599 Register of co-operatives > > (1) The Registrar is to maintain a register of co-operatives. > > > (2) The register is to record— > > > > > (a) information or documents prescribed by the National Regulations relating to— > > > > > > > (i) co-operatives; and > > > > > > > (ii) undertakings; and > > > > > (b) information or documents relating to anything else— > > > > > > > (i) that is required by this Law or the National Regulations to be recorded in the register; or > > > > > > > (ii) that the Registrar considers should be recorded in the register for the purposes of this Law.
