#### 592 The Registrar and proceedings 592 The Registrar and proceedings > > (1) Judicial notice must be taken of the signature or the fax of the signature (by whatever process it is produced) and seal of a person who holds or has held the office of Registrar, if the signature or fax signature or seal purports to be attached to a certificate or other official document. > > > (2) This section extends to a copy of the rules of a co-operative certified by the Registrar to be a true copy of its registered rules. > > > (3) In proceedings, no proof is required (until evidence is given to the contrary) of the appointment of the Registrar or a former Registrar.
