#### 585 Power of Supreme Court to make costs orders 585 Power of Supreme Court to make costs orders (cf Corporations Act s 242) > At any time, the Supreme Court may, in relation to proceedings brought or intervened in with leave under section 580 or an application for leave under that section, make any order it thinks just about the costs of the person who applied for or was granted leave, the co-operative or any other party to the proceedings or application, including an order requiring indemnification for costs.
