#### 536 Notice to be given of conviction for offence 536 Notice to be given of conviction for offence > If a co-operative or an officer of a co-operative is convicted of an offence against a provision of this Law or of a corresponding co-operatives law, the co-operative must, within 28 days after the conviction is recorded, give to each member of the co-operative notice of— > > > (a) the conviction; and > > > (b) any penalty imposed; and > > > (c) the nature of the offence.
