#### 478 Making an application 478 Making an application > > (1) An application for approval of a merger or transfer of engagements under this Part must be made to the local Registrar and, if the merger or transfer of engagements affects a participating co-operative, to the participating Registrar in the manner and form required by the Registrar concerned. > > > (2) An application for approval of a merger must be accompanied by— > > > > > (a) 2 copies of the proposed rules of the merged co-operative; and > > > > > (b) any other information required by the Registrar to whom the application is made.
