#### 460 Ceasing to be authorised to carry on business in this jurisdiction 460 Ceasing to be authorised to carry on business in this jurisdiction > A participating co-operative ceases to be authorised to carry on business in this jurisdiction if— > > > (a) it is deregistered or otherwise ceases to exist as a co-operative under the laws of the place in which it is registered, incorporated or formed; or > > > (b) its authorisation to carry on business in this jurisdiction is withdrawn under section 461.
