#### 391 Stay of proceedings 391 Stay of proceedings > > (1) If the Registrar appoints an administrator to conduct a co-operative’s affairs, a person must not begin or continue proceedings in a court against the co-operative until the administrator’s appointment is revoked other than with the leave of the designated tribunal and, if the tribunal gives leave, in accordance with any terms the tribunal imposes. > > > (2) A person intending to apply for leave of the designated tribunal under subsection (1) must give the Registrar at least 10 days notice of intention to apply. > > > (3) On the hearing of an application under subsection (1), the Registrar may be represented and may oppose the application.
