#### 210 Division does not affect other laws or rules 210 Division does not affect other laws or rules > Except as provided in section 211, this Division is in addition to, and does not limit, the operation of a rule of law or a provision in the rules of a co-operative restricting a director from having an interest in contracts with the co-operative or from holding offices or possessing properties involving duties or interests in conflict with his or her duties or interests as director.
