#### 188 Registrar’s power to give permission 188 Registrar’s power to give permission (cf Corporations Act s 206F (5)) > > (1) The Registrar may give a person whom the Registrar has disqualified from managing co-operatives under this Division written permission to manage a particular co-operative or co-operatives. > > > (2) The permission may be expressed to be subject to conditions and limitations determined by the Registrar. > > > (3) A person must comply with any condition or limitation subject to which permission is given. > > > > Maximum penalty—$24,000 or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
