#### 178 Delegation by board 178 Delegation by board > If authorised by the rules of the co-operative, the board may, by resolution, delegate the board’s functions (other than this power of delegation) stated in the resolution— > > > (a) to a director; or > > > (b) to a committee of 2 or more directors; or > > > (c) to a committee of members of the co-operative; or > > > (d) to a committee of members of the co-operative and other persons if members form the majority of persons on the committee.
